Dear Fr. Ron, It’s so good to hear your reflections on the pottery class you took at the “Old Field House”. I also took my very first art lessons there. Your observation about the chipped piece was a wonderful insight, that God can use our imperfections as an open door to his saving Grace. I recall Fr. Jim Shultz’s homily during novitiate about a recovering alcoholic in AA who said, “not a drop was wasted”, because through his infirmity God’s glory could shine! Thanks for lighting the way along this path of Advent!
