Hi! I enjoyed this presentation so much, thank you! I think that the example Fr. Ed presented, of preparing rooms at Dillon Hall for incoming students, is such a concrete example of the kind of love and care we put into everything that matters in life, and in the spiritual life, we can employ that same energy and attention to detail in our preparation for Our Lord’s coming! I’m so glad Fr. Ed mentioned how we can experience a deep joy from this season of Advent! I love what Fr. Ed said, with regard to his life, “things with God aren’t wasted”, He can use everything to draw us to Himself!
