Friday June 27, 2025

For Leo, our Pope. May the Sacred Heart of Jesus inspire his leadership to serve people on the margins of society.

We pray to the Lord.

For nations under heaven that are threatened with violence and war. May God inspire all leaders to help those who most need the basics of life. May peace find a home on earth.

We pray to the Lord.

For people who are hurting in life. May those who face abuse, and anguish find consolation and joy in the Heart of Jesus Christ.

We pray to the Lord.

For people who have been overwhelmed by unkindness. May the downtrodden find rest on earth. May our fragile relationships heal in the love of Christ.

We pray to the Lord.

For us who are in physical and emotional pain. May Christ embrace us and call us his own. May the brokenhearted find consolation and tenderness.

We pray to the Lord.

For travelers and pilgrims in these summer weeks. May Christ lead us to lands of solace and peace. May we be awakened by our journeys to live more closely in the Heart of Christ.

We pray to the Lord.

For families that vacation in summer. May Christ lead families into great love and trust. May hope and joy live among people we love.

We pray to the Lord.

For all who grieve. May we trust the Sacred Heart of Jesus to lead us to consolation and harmony. May hope live in our hearts.

We pray to the Lord.

For our beloved dead. May the Heart of Christ welcome our loved ones who have died into eternal rest.
