June 16, 2019: The Most Holy Trinity
Let us seek God who pours into our hearts love and integrity for our Church and for all people on earth. May we live as messengers of such gifts.
We pray to the Lord.
Let us seek God who pours into our hearts the ability to aid people living with injustice and fatigue. May we work from the heart of the Trinity for right relationships on earth.
We pray to the Lord.
Let us seek God who pours into our hearts the knowledge and fidelity of the Gospel so to lift up the suffering, to welcome the migrant, and to visit the prisoner.
We pray to the Lord.
Let us seek God who pours into our hearts love for our fathers, our grandfathers, stepfathers, foster fathers and single fathers. May we remain grateful for our dads both living and deceased.
We pray to the Lord.
Let us seek God who pours into our hearts a love for a healthy community within the Church, a source of peace for all disturbed by war, hatred and violence.
We pray to the Lord.
Let us seek God who pours into our hearts the healing we need in our grief and loss. We pray for our beloved dead and in this Mass…
We pray to the Lord.
To whom It May Concert:
Last night, I felt lost inside. With all
the evil that is happening, in the immediate world right now..
I felt like God, was too busy to be
able to listen. I guess, I felt alone. I
am never alone. God, is with all of us.
I am Roman Catholic. However, I
was brought up in the old traditional
religion of the religion. I feel like I have a calling in life. I have died so many times, that I can honestly, tell you I am, “Blessed”. Although, there are days, I really want to walk away from my gift from God. I am always
drawn back to God. I was named after St. Anne’, ( the grandmother) to Jesus. My mother who died in February 2006, was a devoted believer in God. She always, would remind me, that I was Special. I was not suppose to be born. My mom had named me after St. Anne, for a reason. One day, she sat down with me and told me the whole story of what God had in store for me to do
with my life, when I would get older.
I am now a published poet. I love to write religious poems. Especially,
the poems that come to me in my sleep. With the help of my priest,
Father O’Connor, who I have known for a very long time, encouraged me to have my first poem published in the EVANGELIST NEWSPAPER. My poem can be found on Google.
It explains how I feel. Thank you for your time and God Bless you always.
Thank you for believing in God and his word. Please read my poem on Google. Type in Anne’ M. Shaver, Hope.
Have a good day.
Take Care and God Bless you!
