Well, this was beautiful and very thoughtful. It just seems so simple and easy. I have asked, knocked, begged, pleaded, surrendered, hoped, wished and whatever else…and nada. Zip. zilch. I feel like St. Monica. God is mute. Go figure. Ya know, if I weren’t chronically ill and the church allowed gay men to be openly gay and there was no celibacy and women could be ordained…I might be a priest. How’s the food?
