Dear Fr. Ron,
Thanks again for a wonderful reflection on this gospel of the Canaanite woman. Thanks for pointing out her determination to help her daughter, and her willingness to verbally “spar” with Jesus! Jesus’ parables have a way of challenging our comfort level, so that we’re not as apt to quickly judge the surface story, but look at it more deeply. I hope people’s power is back on by now, and the storms have passed! Love and blessings, and peace to you always.
